Why images?

The possibility of crystallizing a specific space/time relation (moment)
If we consider that matter is indestructible, something that happened in the past at a specific time and space is therefore eternal। It means that even though you no longer remember a detail from your 10 year anniversary, it still exists in some form in your memory, thus, it has some influence in your actual behavior. It’s easy to prove this. Try to find one of the first photographs you took and pay attention to the number of feelings going through your mind. The emotions are real and strong.

Photography is the only possibility to crystallize in matter, form and intensity a specific time/space reality. And the best thing is that you do not need training to enjoy a picture.
The difference between painting and photography is that a picture is created in seconds whereas a detailed painting takes hours or even days to be completed. The variations in the subject’s constitution are more intense as time passes. By the time you finish reading this post, many of your body cells have been replaced.
